INSTRUCTIONS

The maps shown via the links provide information on the Average Weekly Wage and the number of establishments with employees in each of Michigan's counties.


Please note that there are several ways you can modify the maps. Lets focus on the boxes which permit one to change "Time Period," "Map Series," or "Map Update."




"Time Period" enables the viewer to observe current wage rates for employees or past wage rates. Simply hover your cursor over a county and the data appears. Data is shown by a selected quarter period in any year. For example, choosing "Q1" data will create a map which shows the average weekly wage for the months of January, February and March.




"Map Series" enables the viewer to create a map which presents data of eight different categories. "Average Weekly Wage" and "Establishments" are two of the categories.




"Map Update" is the link you'll select to create a map which displays the data you are interested in. "Update" is located to the far right of the map page.
